The short version
- jobs.reward.land is a free search tool. There is nothing to sign up for and nothing to pay.
- We do not employ anyone, recruit for anyone, or post jobs ourselves. Every listing belongs to a third party.
- When you click a listing you leave our site, and everything after that is between you and that employer or job board.
- We cannot verify that any listing is genuine, current or accurate. Never pay anyone to apply for a job.
- This summary is for convenience only. The full terms below are what apply.
1. Who we are and what these terms cover
jobs.reward.land ("the site", "we", "us") is operated by Avertago ApS, a company registered in Denmark under CVR number DK45105865, with its registered address at Sandkaj 21, st. th., 2150 Nordhavn, Denmark.
These terms govern your use of the site. By using it you accept them. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.
The site forms part of the reward.land family of websites. Other sites in that family may operate under their own separate terms, and accepting these terms does not commit you to any other agreement.
2. What the site does
The site collects job listings that employers and job boards have published publicly, organises them, and helps you find the ones you may be eligible to apply for. You answer a few short questions about the kind of work you are looking for, and we show you matching listings.
We also point you towards independent job boards operating in your own country, where there is often more available locally than there is in the worldwide remote market.
That is the entire service. It is free, it is open to anyone, and it is provided as an information tool.
3. What the site is not
To be as clear as possible, we want to set out what we do not do:
- 3.1We are not an employer, recruiter, employment agency, or staffing business. We do not hire, place, or represent candidates.
- 3.2We do not write, post, own, or control any job listing shown on the site.
- 3.3We do not receive your application, your CV, or any document you send to an employer.
- 3.4We do not screen, endorse, vet, or verify the employers, job boards, or listings that appear.
- 3.5We do not guarantee that you will find work, receive a reply, or be considered for anything.
Nothing on the site is an offer of employment, and nothing on the site creates an employment, agency, or contractual relationship between you and us.
4. No account is needed, and none is offered
The site does not have user accounts, logins, profiles, or memberships. You do not register, you do not create a password, and you do not submit personal information to us in order to search.
Your answers to the questions on the site are carried in the address of the page you are viewing so that we can show you relevant listings. They are used to build your results and nothing more.
If we later offer an optional email service, joining it will be voluntary, will be described clearly at the point you are asked, and will be governed by our Privacy Policy.
5. Where the listings come from
Listings shown on the site are gathered automatically from publicly available sources, including applicant tracking systems used by employers and public job boards and feeds. We collect what those sources publish and present a summary of it, together with a link to the original posting.
Because the process is automatic, listings may be incomplete, out of date, wrongly categorised, duplicated, or mistranslated. A role may have been filled or withdrawn before we detect the change. We remove listings we no longer see at their source, but there is always a delay.
Information about who a role is open to — country, region, or nothing stated — is taken from the original posting. Where a posting does not state its location, we label it as such rather than assuming it is open to everyone. That label is a description of what the posting says, not a promise about your eligibility.
Always read the original posting before applying. It is the only authoritative source, and it prevails over anything shown here.
6. What happens when you click a listing
Clicking a listing takes you to a website we do not own or control — usually the employer's own careers page, an applicant tracking system, or a job board.
At that point you leave our site. Everything that follows — the application form, the information you provide, the interview process, any contract, any payment, and any dispute — is entirely between you and that third party. We are not a party to it, we have no visibility of it, and we cannot intervene in it.
Those third-party sites have their own terms and their own privacy policies. Please read them. Ours do not apply once you have left.
7. Fraud, scams, and staying safe
Remote job listings attract fraudulent postings. Because we collect listings automatically from public sources, a fraudulent posting can reach the site before either we or the original source detects it.
We take this seriously, and we would rather warn you plainly than bury it in a clause. As a general rule:
- Never pay to apply. Legitimate employers do not charge application fees, training fees, equipment deposits, or visa processing fees.
- Never send money to receive money. Any request to forward, transfer, or process funds is a scam, without exception.
- Be cautious about sharing bank details, identity documents, or copies of a passport before you have a signed offer and have verified who you are dealing with.
- Be wary of offers made without an interview, of pressure to act quickly, and of communication that happens only through consumer messaging apps.
- Check the employer independently rather than relying on contact details given in the posting itself.
If you come across a listing on our site that appears fraudulent, please tell us and we will remove it. We are grateful for reports and act on them, but we cannot guarantee to detect fraudulent listings in advance and we accept no liability for loss arising from them.
8. Links to local job boards
The site links to independent job boards operating in various countries. These are listed as a convenience because they usually carry far more local vacancies than the worldwide remote market does.
We have no relationship with, and no control over, those job boards. Their inclusion is not an endorsement. Their listings, terms, privacy practices, and availability are entirely their own.
9. How you may use the site
You may use the site freely to look for work, for your own personal purposes. In using it, you agree not to:
- 9.1scrape, harvest, crawl, or systematically copy content or data from the site or its interfaces;
- 9.2use automated tools to place unreasonable load on the site or attempt to circumvent rate limits or other technical restrictions;
- 9.3republish or resell our compiled listings as your own service;
- 9.4attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its supporting systems;
- 9.5use the site for anything unlawful, or in a way that interferes with anyone else's use of it.
We may restrict or block access where we reasonably believe these terms are being breached.
10. Availability and changes
We provide the site on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or continuously available, and we may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time without notice.
The number of listings available varies constantly and is outside our control. We make no commitment to any particular volume, frequency of updates, or coverage of any country, field, or type of work.
11. Advertising
The site carries third-party advertising, including advertising served through Google AdSense. Advertising helps keep the service free.
Adverts are selected and served by third parties, not by us. Their appearance on the site is not an endorsement, and any dealings you have with an advertiser are between you and that advertiser.
Advertising and the technologies behind it are described further in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
12. Cookies, consent, and your data
The site uses cookies and similar technologies for functionality, measurement, and advertising. Where consent is required, it is requested through the consent banner shown when you first visit, and you can change your choices at any time through that banner.
How we handle personal data, and the rights you have over it, are set out in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which form part of these terms.
13. Intellectual property
The design of the site, its text, layout, structure, branding, and the way our listings are organised and presented belong to Avertago ApS or are licensed to us. You may not copy or reuse them beyond normal personal use of the site.
Job listings themselves, and any trade marks, logos, or descriptions within them, remain the property of their respective owners. We claim no rights over them and display them for the purpose of helping people find and reach the original posting.
If you own a listing shown on the site and would like it removed, contact us and we will do so.
14. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law:
- 14.1we are not liable for the accuracy, legality, availability, or outcome of any job listing, employer, job board, or advertisement reached through the site;
- 14.2we are not liable for any loss arising from a fraudulent, misleading, expired, or withdrawn listing;
- 14.3we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of earnings, opportunity, data, or goodwill;
- 14.4where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to EUR 100.
The site is free to use, and this limitation reflects that.
15. If you are a consumer
If you use the site as a consumer, you keep all rights granted to you by the mandatory consumer protection law of your country of residence. Nothing in these terms reduces those rights.
16. Governing law and disputes
These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by Danish law, and the Danish courts have jurisdiction, with the City Court of Copenhagen as the court of first instance.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you may instead bring proceedings in the courts of your own country of residence, and you keep the protection of the mandatory law that applies there.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time, for example when the service changes or the law does. The current version is always shown on this page with the date it was last updated.
Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. If you do not, please stop using the site.
18. Contact
For questions about these terms, to report a listing, or to request removal of content, please use the contact page on this site.
