There is no contact form here, and no ticket number. Write to support@reward.land and a person will read it.

Write to us about any of these and we will do something about it:

• A listing that looks fraudulent. This is the one we most want to hear about. Send us the link and we will remove it.
• A listing that is expired, wrong, or in the wrong category. Our listings are collected automatically, so mistakes happen and reports genuinely help.
• You posted a job and want it removed from our site.
• A local job board link that is broken or points somewhere unexpected.
• Anything about your data, or a question about our privacy or cookie policies.
• Something on the site is broken. Telling us which page and what you were doing makes it much easier to fix.

We want to be straight with you rather than waste your time waiting for a reply that cannot help.

We are not an employer or a recruiter. We do not post the jobs on this site, we do not receive applications, and we have no contact with the companies hiring. So we cannot check on your application, pass a message to an employer, chase a reply, or tell you why you were not selected. Everything after you click a listing happens between you and that employer.

We also cannot review your CV, offer career advice, or arrange work for you.

If an employer has taken money from you, please report it to your local police or consumer protection authority as well as telling us — we can remove the listing, but only they can act against the people behind it.

We read everything that arrives. We are a small team, so a reply usually takes a few working days. Reports of fraudulent listings jump the queue.

Please write in English if you can. If that is difficult, write in your own language and we will manage.
